Gluten free soft chocolate cake with mascarpone

For 20 slices Preparation time: 15 min, Cooking time: 30 min

Ingrédients

  • 200 g of chocolate
  • 250 g of Mascarpone
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 40 g Cornflour
  • 40 g almond powder

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie or in the micro-ondes.
  2. Whisk the Mascarpone, add the chocolate melted and the eggs, one by one. Continue to whisk.
  3. Add the sugar, then the Cornflour and almond powder
  4. Pour the preparation in a rectangular pan covered with a baking sheet
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  6. Let cool before to take out of the mould.
  7. Cut the cake into several small rectangles of the same size.
