Gluten free soft chocolate cake with mascarpone

Melt the chocolate in a bain marie or in the micro-ondes.

Whisk the Mascarpone, add the chocolate melted and the eggs, one by one. Continue to whisk.

Add the sugar, then the Cornflour and almond powder

Pour the preparation in a rectangular pan covered with a baking sheet

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes.

Let cool before to take out of the mould.

Cut the cake into several small rectangles of the same size.
