Bredele

Ingrédients

  • 200 g of flour
  • 100 g of butter
  • 130 g of sugar
  • 1 pinch of fine salt
  • 250 g of hazelnuts powder
  • 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Start by sanding the butter and flour
  2. Add salt, hazelnut powder, sugar and eggs until dough become homogeneous
  3. Wrap in a film and let it rest in the refrigerator during one hour
  4. Spread the dough about 7 mm height and cut out equal rectangles.
  5. Place on a plate and brush with egg yolk
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °
