Brownie Waffles (without butter)

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave.

In the bowl of a robot equipped with whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens.

Then add the flour.

Stir in the melted chocolate and the compote.

Pour a large ladle of dough into the warm waffle iron and cook for a few minutes.

Continue until the dough is drained.
