Brownie Waffles (without butter)

For 12 waffles Preparation time: 10 min, Cooking time: 10 min

Ingrédients

  • 180 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g apple sauce
  • 50 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g flour

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave.
  2. In the bowl of a robot equipped with whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens.
  3. Then add the flour.
  4. Stir in the melted chocolate and the compote.
  5. Pour a large ladle of dough into the warm waffle iron and cook for a few minutes.
  6. Continue until the dough is drained.
