Protein Shake

For 2 glasses Preparation time: 5 min

Ingrédients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp of oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp of raw cacao Iswari
  • 1 tsp hemp protein Iswari
  • 8 to 10 ground almonds or cashew nuts
  • 350 ml of almond milk
  • Raw chocolate Iswari Spiruline and salt flower

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you obtain a unctuous and homogeneous mixture.
  2. Pour in 2 glasses and sprinkle with grated Iswari raw chocolate.
