Mix 100g of strawberries with a little bit of water.

Dice the remaining strawberries.

Whisk the very cold soy cream into a chantilly and add the liquid vanilla and vanilla sugar when the cream begins to hold well.

In 4 large glasses, deposit a first layer of meringue reduced in pieces (1 meringue in each glass).

Then pour 1 large tablespoon of whipped soy cream in each glass.

Add some strawberries and pour 1 tablespoon of strawberry coulis.

Repeat the operation: meringue, whipped cream, strawberries and coulis then place a last tablespoon of whipped cream in the center.

Decorate with pieces of meringues and some strawberries.Place in the refrigerator before tasting.
