Green spinach soup

For 4 people Preparation time: 10 min, cooking time: 15 min

Ingrédients

  • 100 g of baby spinach
  • 50 g of onions
  • 100 g of potatoes
  • 500 g of water
  • 20 ml of olive oil
  • 1 stock cube
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Toasted buckwheat seeds kasha

Instructions

  1. In a casserole saute the chopped onion in olive oil for a few minutes.
  2. Add spinach and peeled potato cut into large pieces.
  3. Pour the water and add the broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Mix together and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with some toasted buckwheat seeds.
