Ingrédients

slices of brioche

ml
of milk

eggs
2
packs of vanilla sugar

g
of butter
Instructions
In a rectangular dish mix eggs, milk and sugar.
Dip each slice of brioche successively in the previous mixture on each side soaking 30 seconds on each side.
In a frying pan, melt the butter and cook each slice of brioche on each side until you get a nice golden color.
Serve with a drizzle of honey, a few fruits and a tablespoon of Gruyère cream.
