French toast

For 6 people

Preparation time: 10 min, cooking time: 10 min

Ingrédients

  • 6 slices of brioche
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 packs of vanilla sugar
  • 25 g of butter

Instructions

  1. In a rectangular dish mix eggs, milk and sugar.
  2. Dip each slice of brioche successively in the previous mixture on each side soaking 30 seconds on each side.
  3. In a frying pan, melt the butter and cook each slice of brioche on each side until you get a nice golden color.
  4. Serve with a drizzle of honey, a few fruits and a tablespoon of Gruyère cream.
