Clafoutis with apricots
For 4/5 people

* 500g of apricots

* 2 whole eggs + 1 yolk

* 25cl of whipping cream

* 3 to 5 tbsp brown sugar

* 2 tbsp of flour

* 2 tbsp orange blossom

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Wash and cut the apricots in half and remove the kernel.

In a bowl mix the egg, sugar, cream and sifted flour in the blender.

Put the apricots in a gratin dish, and cover with the clafoutis machine.

Bake and when the clafoutis begins to sprinkle with brown sugar.

Cook 25 to 35 minutes.

Enjoy warm or cold.
