Green Smoothie

For one smoothie Preparation time: 5 min

Ingrédients

  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 pear
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp of oats
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • Some chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender (except the chia seeds) et mix for 30 secondes.
  2. Stop and mix again 30 secondes.
  3. Pour in a glass and sprinkle with chia seeds.
