Small chocolate fondant (without butter)
For 12 fondants Preparation time: 10 min , Cooking time: 20 min

organic apple sauce without sugar

squares of chocolate
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Melt the chocolate using a water bath.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar
Add the chocolate and the apple sauce and mix.
Add the flour and mix.
Pour into greased muffin moulds.
Add a square of chocolate in each muffin.
Bake for 20 min.
Let cool and take out of the mould.
