Energy balls

tbsp of liquid vanilla

Topping: raw cocoa
sesame seeds, coconut, moringa powder, dry pitaya powder

Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor (except the ingredients for the topping)

Mix the whole ingredients until they agglomerate and are coarsely chopped.

Take small amounts of dough, the equivalent of a tablespoon and roll the dough between the palms of your hands.

Repeat the operation until the dough is used up.

Roll each ball in the coating of your choice.

The balls can be kept in a cool and dry place in glass jars or airtight boxes for a week. They can also be frozen.
