Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Muffins
For 6 large muffins
Preparation time: 10 min, cooking time: 20min

* 2 bananas
mashed

* 2 eggs

* 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* 180g gluten-free oat flour

* 50g brown sugar

* 25g cacao powder
-
* 1 tsp baking powder

* 70g chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a muffin tin with liners (or grease well)

In a large bowl, mix together banana, eggs, peanut butter and vanilla extract until creamy

Mix in the flour, sugar, cacao powder and baking powder until smooth

Fold in chocolate chips then add batter to muffin tin

Drizzle more peanut butter on top of the muffins to get a swirl if desired then bake for about 20-25 minutes (or until fully cooked!)
