650gflour
21gcrumbled yeast
1.5tsp coarse salt
435gcold water
1tbsp oil
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and knead until you get a soft, elastic and sticky dough.
Once the dough has formed, separate the dough in 2 and put each dough in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap in contact with the pasta. Attention it will swell!
Leave to rise for approximately 2 hours at room temperature.
At the end of this time, spread each dough on a baking sheet covered with a little flour, leaving a thickness around the edges.
Leave to rise for another 10 minutes.
Garnish and cook 9 to 10 min in an oven at 300 degrees (or at its maximum)
