Soft apple and chocolate cake

For a cake Preparation time : 20 min, Cooking time : 60 min

Ingrédients

  • 4 apples
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 320 g of flour
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp of chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp of liquid vanilla or vanilla powder
  • 60 ml hazelnut oil
  • 120 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp of rum

Instructions

  1. Grate the apples using a coarse grater.
  2. Mix the sugar with the flour and the yeast.
  3. Mix the eggs with honey, milk, vanilla, rum and oil.
  4. Add the grated apples to this liquid part.
  5. Pour the liquid part into the dry part and mix.
  6. Pour half of the dough into an oiled cake pan.
  7. Add the chocolate chips over the entire length.
  8. Pour the second half of the dough.
  9. Put in a hot oven at 180 ° for 30 minutes then lower the oven to 150 ° for 30 minutes more
  10. Cover with aluminum foil if the cake browns too quickly.
  11. Leave to cool in the pan, then serve once cooled.
