- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp crunchy muesli

PREPARATION
- Slice the banana.
- In a bowl, pour the yogurt.
- Top the sliced banana on the yogurt.
- Pour the honey on the banana and sprinkle the chia seeds.
- Top with the pumpkin seeds and the muesli.
